Following the decidedly positive feedback after the 2016 issue of Chinaplas, held in Shanghai, ST Blow Moulding has committed itself to returning for this year's issue. The growing status of the event is evident from the 250 thousand m2 fairgrounds, an increase compared to 2016.
ST Blow Moulding exhibited inside the dedicated "Italian Collective" zone by Assocomaplast. For the company, it has been an important occasion for unveiling the latest innovations of the ASPI series of parison suction machines for 3D duct manufacture to the Chinaplas audience. This equipment series was first displayed only a few months ago at K 2016.
As a global leader in parison suction technology, ST Blow Moulding always sought to improve the performance of its ASPI machines. New features has been developed in order to enhance part quality, make production more efficient, and machine operation and maintenance easier.
One critical new feature is the possibility of production data monitoring from remote devices thanks to the ST App. Another is the unique patent-pending D-Print and W-Print parison marking technologies.
ST App web-based program makes it possible for authorized users to monitor production data of ST Blow Moulding machines both locally at a factory and remotely. Data are readily available on tablets/smartphones.
D-Print is an innovative precision marking device of the nee generation. It is designed to prevent inaccurate identification of the marked position, often seen in conventional marking due to poor mark definition and low spraying speed. D-Print brings in high definition of marking dots while avoiding ink waste and parison cooling altogether.
On the other hand, W-Print marker enables freely configured text printing, on top of all the benefits of D-Print.
The new equipment from ST Blow Moulding boasts a new 21'-inch multi-touch screen, plus an integrated safety control system with real-time feedback.
The above innovations by ST Blow Moulding follow the Industry 4.0 concept, and this is critical today.
